Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assisting in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify training and development needs through job analyst, surveys, performance appraisal and regular consultation
- Designing training program and in-house workshops based on the needed
- Amending and revising programs as necessary, to adapt to change occurring in the work environment or change in business or operational strategy
- Monitors and analyzes to follow-up any issue that occurs in every city
- Monitor and develop all inisiative from DSU Specialist in order to make improvement to all area that responsible
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate in any discipline
- Min 3 years experience in Learning & Development field
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development
- Superior skill in coaching, mentoring, interpersonal skills and leadership in action
- Well acquainted with the latest best practices in Training
- Good analytical Skills
- Should be a good team player with positive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
- Willing to learn and take initiatives for further improvements
- Have a good grip of operational standard procedure
