Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Dealing with all the communication of the Expansion team with Legal, Finance & Ops team.
- Handling Initial administrative work related to New sites for eg. Utility bills etc
- Assisting in resolving any administrative issues.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Prepare & Monitor Invoices.
- Maintain all documentation related to the Expansion Team.
- Raise Purchase Requests & Purchase Orders.
- Should have Basic knowledge of legal & finance team working.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Full expertise in Microsoft Office.
- Strong English-language skills, including writing, grammar, and spelling.
- Experience with Administrative work & Liasoning.
- Personal effectiveness and credibility.
- Data entry with strict attention to detail.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to keep records and files organized.
- Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator.
- Strong time management with respect to deadlines.
- Ability to identify errors and solve problems.
