Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Do In-House RnD to come up with recipes for high demand Drink menu.
- Supervise the quality, consistency, freshness and taste of materials coming from vendors.
- Liaise with vendors to develop the recipe created.
- Train staff on outlet level.
- Develop SOPs for staff across outlets.
- Improving the taste profile for existing products.
- Together with the brand team, to come up with a new beverage idea.
- Understand menu creation for various beverages (coffee, tea, milk tea, juice, etc).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have 3-5 years experience creating various drinks such as coffee, tea, milk tea, etc in F&B industry
- Have experience as an R&D person in F&B company (preferred)
- Computer literacy (Ms.excel, Ms.word)
- Creative, innovative, and passionate in the F&B industry
- Good at menu development and managing staffs
