Legal Specialist  

Reporting to the Legal Manager your main responsibility are:

• Assisting Legal Manager
• Drafting and reviewing a various range of contract within the Logistics and Distribution department.
• Providing day-to-day legal support for cross-functional department, including support associated with business process improvement, operational matters, and international expansion of the products.
• Working closely, and coordinating with internal and external legal counsel appointed by Gojek Group as required.
• Giving continued support on the creation, standardisation and implementation of Gojek Group legal compliance, policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures and standard operational guidelines.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor of Law from a reputable law school in Indonesia.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in private practice at top-tier law firms, or minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience as in-house legal of multinational companies.
• Significant experience in drafting, and negotiating legal documents both in English and Indonesian.
• Good legal knowledge for corporate law, contract drafting and analytical interpretation of business structure (both technical and operational aspects).
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Ability to adapt, and willingness to work in fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and social competence skills.
• Strong interest in Logistic industry.
