Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a brand along with all its outlets and operations team members.
- Along with the team of Deputy Managers, you will be working towards specific sales and cost targets.
- Ensuring efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant experiences.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products for new outlet.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in the field of operation, sales, and marketing
- Minimum working experience is 3 years
- Experienced in Operations (Preferable in F&B and or Retail)
- Good communication how to deliver message in written dan presentation skill
- Excellent Leadership
- Customer service orientation & experience in complaint handling
- Business Acumen: understand customer needs, market-intelligent, sales driven
