Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries and organizing meetings, appointments, arranging travels and conference
- Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines, managing databases and filing systems
- Distribute and manage all approval needed and ensure all documents already handling properly
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports and presentations
- Support regular controlling, reporting and selected strategy projects as well as other miscellaneous duties
- Assist with Ad hoc projects
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have minimum 4 years experience in executive assistant or any related fields
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
