Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Grow the market share of Go-Pay in eCommerce platforms, at both strategic and small-medium (long-tail) levels.
- Develop and execute initiatives to grow user acquisition, transaction, and retention on merchant’s platforms at efficient CAC and ROAS.
- Build strategic roadmap and measurable action plan to make Go-Pay the #1 top-of-mind (considered and preferred) brand for
- eCommerce payment within 1-2 years.
- Liaise with key eCommerce partners to build long term and tactical co-marketing plan.
- Build and grow a strong marketing team for eCommerce business with
- Grow the awareness, use-cases, and usage of P2P money transfer with creative and cost-efficient marketing campaign.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to grow P2P use cases at efficient CAC and ROAS.
- Build strategic roadmap and measurable action plan to make Go-Pay the #1 top-of-mind (considered and preferred) brand for P2P money
- transfer within 1 year.
- Gather insights from customer behavior on how the P2P product can be further improved to support the business target.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a marketing or commercial team at
- reputable organizations.
- Creative / growth-hacker marketer with strong analytical and business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial spirit who loves to go above and beyond to deliver the best results.
