Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for developing solutions to meet business units' objectives based on consumer insight and data
- Spotting trends and technologies that play roles in consumer’s lives
- Familiarity with SEM/SEO as well as paid strategies are beneficial skills to have in this position.
- Wide knowledge of digital and other content delivery platforms.
- They excel at out-of-the-box thinking and are creative yet methodical in their approach at reaching specific market targets by using different digital mediums.
- They understand people and how they interact with digital media.
- They know what’s hot in the digital world before anyone else does and they closely follow trends related to how consumers are accessing information.
- They often work with business teams to collaborate on marketing campaigns across all media outlets.
- They are interactive media pros, tactical in their approach to building brands and lengthening the customer loyalty cycle.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 2 years)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Able to use SQL for data retrieving and analysis
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experiences in well-known e-commerce / platform-based startups on the supply side (merchants, drivers, etc)
- Would be a plus experienced in handling mobile apps platform
