Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Make an outbound call from given list
- Understand and able to pitch fleet monetization product to the candidate/customer
- Document and update all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Responsible to submit daily performance report
- Follow up candidate/customer calls for the installation
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in candidate/customer calls
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Microsoft office skill is a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Any experience in administration will be a plus
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- COPC certification is a plus
