Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities using ads platform including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns and affiliate marketing
- Work with data & merchant monetization team, be their partner and suggest best digital solutions to grow the merchant’s business via digital ads (increase repeat orders, churn prevention, cross selling, etc)
- Work on a budget and strive to have maximum number of orders while keeping the Cost per Orders (CPO) at the optimum level
- Manage multiple agencies / ad networks in order to achieve re-engagement objectives
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Plan and create small-scale experiments that to increase the number of orders / transactions
- Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase orders / transaction numbers in an efficient way
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 2 years)
- Highly proficient in using digital ads platform such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads
- Have experience in managing Ad Networks for Re-engagement campaigns
- Understand the concept of Cost per Order / Action
- Understand the concept and have experiences in doing remarketing / retargeting campaigns using digital ad platforms
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Have basic knowledge of SQL
- Have good understanding on mobile attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer)
