Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Regular monitoring/assessment of the performance and security of the GlobalSign Data Centers/servers (JAPAN, SG, and UK DC) and related equipment to ensure acceptable up time and acceptable quality of service. This includes accessing internal and external portals (Zabbix Monitoring) as well as doing tests.
- Handles alert maintenance or incident of internal servers and coordinates with third-party providers the configuration and maintenance of outsourced Globalsign services. Creates tickets as well regarding changes (e.g. alerts, unplanned maintenance) in server and network status.
- Monitor/Notify/Implements the status changes of user access accounts as directed by the authorized parties.
- Coordinates with Department Manager/Supervisor and internal/external partners regarding planned Infrastructure activities (e.g., upgrade of software or hardware) and unplanned activities (e.g., network trouble) to ensure the immediate restoration of affected Globalsign services.
- Provides reports and timely feedback to internal partners (managers and business-related units in case they need comprehensive information about the incident pertaining to INFRA) and other related parties.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate to possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent four (4) year degree course.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work related experience gained in similar industry.
- Skills in: IP, Systems Administration and Troubleshooting, Project Management, Systems Testing, Systems Operations, and Networking.
- Experience in monitoring servers on AWS through CloudWatch is required.
- Demonstrated technical experience in using Zabbix / New Relics / Stackdriver is a plus.
- Preferably with noted skills in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, and familiar with using Linux/Unix.
- Strong experience in using security-related instances on AWS like VIPS or AWS WAF” is a plus.
- Redhat certification is a plus.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including Holidays.
- Can start ASAP, preferred.
