Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Gathers IT and digital requirements of clients
- Analyzes to recommend the best solution from the technology and tools being used by NMI
- Create project specifications and business process documents for the requirements
- Capable of understanding and configuring business process management/ERP
- Works closely with the Sales Team and Project Management Team
- Conducts user acceptance testing to evaluate if the output is aligned to the specifications and business process
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/college degree in Management, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information and Communications Technology, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of Business Analyst working experience in Software Development is preferred
- Adept in technology-related trends for various devices and operating systems
- Experience in functional analysis for a business process management tool is a plus.
