Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Represent the bank in its criminal, civil, labor and administrative cases
- Provides legal opinion in criminal, civil, labor and administrative cases of the bank
- Sending of demand letters and institution of pertinent cases before courts, quasi-judicial, administrative bodies of duly constituted authorities.
- Reviews and draft contracts, agreements, memo and other bank related matters
- Review of reportorial requirements with the BSP, BIR, SEC and other governmental agencies
- Assist all branches in answering legal queries of clients
- Draft pleadings, letters for and on behalf of the bank
- Report to the bank’s President, Department Heads, Supervisors pertaining to cases instituted by the bank
- Submit legal opinions needed by the bank’s Department Head, Supervisors, and Employees
- Make contracts needed by the bank
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Bachelors of Law; preferably board passer.
- With superior communication skills.
- With above average analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
