Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares payable vouchers to suppliers (local and international)
- Bank reconcilliation passbook vs. QB
- Administer purchase of office supplies and stocks needed for operation.
- Preparation of Request for Payment Form
- Preparation of Payroll, Mandatory Expenses, Petty Cash Liquidation
- Can Communicate with Suppliers locally.
- Able to sort for best rates of items to be purchased of even shipping lines/broker/freight services.
- Preparation of all representation, purchases and Sales for BIR computations/discounts
- Compilation of 2307(Clients Input Tax) yearly for ITR purposes
- Recording and Filing of all expenses
- Proper filing of Documents
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Knowledgeable in Quickbooks
- Expert in Excel
