Sales Consultant  

Gloreus Corporation is looking for a civil engineer or landscape architect for the position of Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant in Gloreus you will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborating with foreign Brand Managers in Germany and the US to determine the right product mix for the Philippine market
• Conceptualizing a roll out plan and identifying potential clients for the new product lines of the company's exclusive brands
• Attending offshore and local expos and seminars to source new products and for continuous learning opportunities
• Joining the VP for Business Development on client meetings to provide design and technical feedback
• Sourcing leads and arranging meetings with property developers, hotels, resorts and schools
• Liaising with the CFO for pricing strategy and to produce project quotations
• Maintaining the customer database and preparing client call reports
• Updating the marketing library of documents
• Sending periodic mailers and brochures to existing clients
  

• Only Landscape Architects or Civil Engineers will be considered for the Senior Sales Consultant role
• Only candidates with minimum 5 years experience in a B2B client facing role will be considered for the Junior Sales Consultant role
• Passion for Play and a strong belief in the importance of Play for children and communities is a must!
• Enjoys building new client relationships and networking opportunities
• Prefers offering high quality, long warranty products instead of cheaper, less durable alternatives
• Work experience in property development / construction / architectural firm is an advantage.
• CAD knowledge and certification is an advantage
