Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Executes the internal administrative coordination in accordance to the corporate policies and guidelines
- Executes functions as required by system policies and procedures
- Coordinates schedule of activities of the Head and the Division with various internal groups and external counterparts regarding meetings, bilateral visits, conferences, business trips, etc., assists in the necessary preparations and ensures logistical requirements for the said activities are addressed
- Performs, files, collates and back-up Strategic/Operational/Compliance Reports
- Ensures proper monitoring and resolution of all transactions
- Accomplishes administrative requirements
- Dispenses and controls minor expenditures (e.g. petty cash)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience Office Management, Calendar Management Coordinating Skills
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- 5 years experience in Clerical/Administrative Support
