SIGNING BONUS: P10,000
The Salesforce Database Manager will work closely with the CEO, Managing Directors, Managers, Recruiting and Business Development teams in ensuring performance and operational efficiency of the company’s CRM. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handle all administrative Salesforce functions including user account maintenance, workflow automations, reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks
- Work with our management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities within the database
- Generate lists of leads and strategize the distribution of these leads across the business development and recruiting teams
- Analyze historical data and create reports and dashboards to help management make more strategic decisions
- Conduct, manage and improve data clean-up processes to help ensure quality leads for recruiting and business development outreach
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Applicants must be willing to work on a night shift in the Makati office
- Salesforce Administration certification (required)
- Advanced Salesforce Administration certification (preferred, but not required)
- MS Excel experience
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, validation rules, and other content of intermediate to advanced complexity
- Strong understanding of data management best practices - Bachelor's/College Degree a plus but not required
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- A proven track record of being a star-performer
