Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years of Telesales management experience
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time

Vocational Education Training (VET) system statistics show that only 30% of students completed their studies in 2011. This high fall out rate represents a huge cost to the industry. Operating a number of support centers in both the Philippines and Australia, GLS staff work to support both the registered training organizations and enrolled students throughout varying stages of their education.
