- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
- Take orders, determine charges and oversee billing or payments
- Review or make changes to customer accounts
- Handle returns or complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Research answers or solutions as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High School Graduates, Short Course/Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates welcome to apply
- Know how to speak in English
- Can use basic computer applications
- With or without Call Center Experience
- Willing to start immediately
