Job Description:
- Support customers by answering product service questions
- Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries
- Give customers service information including product details
- Process service and return transactions at the register in alignment with company’s 100% customer satisfaction guarantee
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Must be at least HS Graduate
- With or without experience
- Comfortable using computers
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Proficient in conversational English
