Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assume remote control over customers’ computers when necessary to resolve problems
- Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problem
- Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved
- Actively listens to customers to understand their concerns and issues
- Make hardware recommendations for customers whose machines cannot support the software
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High School Graduates, Short Course / Vocational / College Graduates / Undergraduates
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
- Demonstrated efficiency in typing and grammar
- With or without call center experience
