- Answer calls and respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries both by telephone and email
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least High School Graduates, Short Course/Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates
- With or without call center experience
- Must be willing to work shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
- Low Level English Accepted
