- Taking phone calls from customer
- Answering question about the product or service
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide information about products and services
- Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
Kualifikasi Minimum
- No Experience Needed
- Must have at least have high school diploma
- Must have knowledge about computer
- Able to type at least 25 words per minute
- Must know how to speak English
- Must be flexible with working hours
