- Solve customer complaints.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Update existing or enter new customer information.
- Reporting and analyzing problems with the data.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High School Graduates, Short Course/Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates welcome to apply.
- Basic data entry and typing skills.
- With or without call center experience.
- Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
