Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answers incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
- Solves customer complaints.
- Provides product and service information to customers.
- Conducts research on required information using available resources.
- Processes orders, forms, and application.
- Follows up customer calls where necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Can use basic computer applications.
- Basic data entry and typing skills.
- Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Can handle stressful situation appropriately.
