Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answers incoming calls, and responds to customer’s emails.
- Manages and resolves customer complaints.
- Sells products, and places customer orders in the computer system.
- Identifies and escalates issues to supervisors.
- Provides product and service information to customers.
- Researches on required information using available resources.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High school graduate.
- 18 years old and above.
- Computer literate.
- Types at least 25 words per minute.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules.
