Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers who are seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 year technical support experience.
- No IT Certification is needed.
- Can type at least 35-50 wpm.
- Knowledgeable of IE technologies.
