Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Do floor walks.
- Work closely with CSRs and team coaches.
- Handle escalated calls.
- Monitor team's performance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience working as Team Lead.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must have atleast a year of total experience in handling any health care account.
