Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recieve inbound calls from clients and assist them with their inquiries or concerns via phone.
- Ensure quality service is provided to clients on behalf of the company management and gain good feedback.
- Perform other related tasks assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fluent in terms of Japanese (Keigo), written or verbal.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- With the following traits:
- Outstanding patience.
- Attentiveness.
- Ability to use "positive language.
- Ability to "read" customers.
