Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Establishing and post job adverts on job search websites
- Scheduling and organize interviews with suitable candidates
- Preparing necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization
- Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
- Assist recruitment specialist in screening eligible candidates
- Maintain good relationship with all candidates, employees and corporate clients
- Participate at recruiting events when the manager cannot attend
- Maintain the internal CV-s database
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be a college graduating student/s of a 4-year course;
- College course must be marketing, psychology, business administration, or something related;
- Must be able to type at least 30 wpm;
- Must have basic knowledge of excel formulas and word processing;
- Must speak English at a level of 8 or above with no regional accent;
