Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor and manage all fully paid accounts.
- Coordinate and deal directly with buyers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Perform customer verification.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Frequent monitoring of client’s documents.
- Frequent monitoring of title endorsement.
- Prepare a monthly report.
- Perform administrative task.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management / Administration, Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Mass Communications, Journalism or equivalent
- Required Skill(s): Data Entry Proficiency, Communication Skills, Detail Oriented, Multi Tasking Skills, Team Player, Customer Service Orientation
- Preferably atleast 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Willing to relocate in Uptown Place in BGC Taguig
