Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the Service Department's attainment of goals and targets;
- Coordinate with Customers regarding the Warranty of their vehicles;
- Assist Customers in their requirements and concerns in the repair and service of their vehicles;
- Prepare necessary reports of the Service Department
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year Business or Automotive related course;
- With at least 6 months related work experience in the Automotive Industry;
- Knowledge in Office Management systems and procedures;
- Average Computer proficiency in MS Office and other related software/application;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Good Customer Relation skills
