Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process important documents of the operations department.
- Coordination with operations' manager for meetings and important tasks
- Preparing of presentation and reports of operations department.
- Providing administrative support to the operations department.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably graduate on any course.
- With a minimun of 6 months to 1 year experience in a Secretarial position or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence [in English].
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office especially in Power Point and Excel
- Willing to work in Taytay, Rizal.
