Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Complete responsibility for the finance function, including input to Cash flow, funder claims management, expenses processing and supplier payments.
- The Finance and Administration Officer has the responsibility to deal with enquiries, and requests including postage, photocopying, telephone answering, mail management
- Provide Management Committee with full monthly financial report
- Assist in the preparation of annual accounts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong administration & financial background
- Excellent understanding of using Microsoft word
- Excellent experience of Excel
- Experienced in customer service
- Ablity to multi-task
