Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To provide weekly/daily delivery plans and on-time updates on the delivery status. Ensure to meet the delivery OTIF (On time – In full). Monitor the security and safety of all fleets while loading, in transit to customers, and unloading. Coordinate with Sales Department and Fleet Management Team for the delivery alignment. Provide updated delivery report.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Logistics manager/ Fleet management team for the next week's delivery requirements
- Coordinates with Fleet management for the available admin fleet
- Coordinates with the Drivers & Helpers for the schedule of their trips
- Coordinates with Purchasing for the requested 3P truck
- Ensures the delivery of OTIF (On time and In full)
- Monitors the delivery status from time to time
- Updates of delivery status to Viber group
- Provides accurate reports
- Ensures to provide updated reports and documents.
- Provides IR for delivery variance and other incidents during delivery.
- Communicates with the Logistics Manager and Sales Team for any type of incident
- Checking of GPS from time to time (at least every 15 mins)
- Calls the truck driver and helper from time to time
- Calls the attention of truckers for any unusual stop while in transit.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate
- 1 to 2 years of experience (Logistics Planning and Dispatch)
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
