Junior Marketing Officer  

• Work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure that group targets are met
• Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns that contribute to the team's goal
• Ensuring the design and layouts of email are optimized, user and mobile-friendly. They are also responsible for ensuring that all communications are typo free and in accordance with brand guidelines
• Aiding additional digital marketing efforts and preparing reports and key data for senior management and other stakeholders
• Analyses campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for improvement.
• Works with other departments to develop content timelines & collaterals relevant to new product releases, campaigns or other brand messages

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 year experience as a Marketing professional
• Based in the Philippines with the ability to work in a Virtual and / or Hybrid Environment
• Familiarity B2B and B2C marketing strategies
• Experience running FB / Google / LinkedIn ads is a must
• Experience in PR and/or Email Marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with various CRM tools such as CleverTap (or similar) and Ads Manager is required
• Good verbal and written communication skill - English & Tagalog
• Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly.
• Analytical and comfortable with data is a must, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
