Product Manager  

Gigacover is the leading tech company building a financial health companion for the self-employed economy. We work with insurers and banks to bring flexible and affordable products and services to improve the financial security of our users across Southeast Asia!

We're looking for a Product Manager to join a collaborative and innovative team who will be responsible of owning the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into product strategy.
• Defines the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements.
• Acts as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs.
• Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Regularly reviews completed work and checks with customers to ensure that it meets the customer expectations.
• Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
• Develops positioning for the product and write high-level requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management and / or Engineering
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise.
• Is a market expert specifically in the FinTech or InsurTech space.
