Senior Developer  

• Collaborates with the company's Product Owner to understand the roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
• Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
• Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, understand priorities, respects deadlines on milestones and deliverables, and reports to the Product Owner.
• Executes product roadmap.
• Understand product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Knowledgeable about automated testing.
• Updates the sprint backlog for assigned tickets and tasks.
• Works with the Product Owner to maintain documentation of the products.

Senior Developer Qualifications & Skills:

• High technical knowledge on PHP/MySQL, Laravel, VueJS, GraphQL, HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Customer first, ABCD thinking mindset.
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent development skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
• Strong logic and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to communicate in English

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Web development experience in tech companies.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Established background in developing software or services in partnership with teammates and high degree of proficiency in iterative development, understanding of Agile principles.
• Experience in using software development tools, at the very least Jira and Git.
• Open to Thais and foreigners alike (work permit provided).
