Campaign Data Science Lead  

Responsibilities

• Integrate, cleanse, migrate and manage Customers and Marketing data.
• Perform data quality check and devise methods to maintain data quality
• Data Prep, Data Processing, Data Modelling, Micro-Customer Segmentation and sophisticated data visualization to draw insights
• Build data dashboard, automate and maintain campaign performances on regular basis
• Develop conversion behavior analysis according to different business dimensions (location, behavior, interest, etc.), interpret results and identify potential recommendations
• Prepare presentations and communicate data patterns / insights to business users
• Generate personalized audience lead or target customer groups
• Do post campaign analysis to find key drivers of conversion
• Lead a team of 3-4 data scientists to explore new knowledge discovery
• Lead a team to deliver campaigns with higher productivity and effectiveness

• You enjoy finding solutions to interesting challenges together with others
• You are passionate about tackling loosely defined problems and come up with relevant answers and actionable insights.
• You have hands-on experience with analysis of large datasets, statistical modeling, coding skills in Python or R and data visualization
• You are curious of how to instrument products to accurately capture user and system behaviors for a wide variety of insight and product development use cases
• You are innovative and enjoy driving and implementing change towards a more data informed culture
• You have one or multiple industry domain expertise ex. Telco, Retail, Tech, Banking or Insurance.
• You are able to work autonomously in an unstructured environment
• If you have formal education in a quantitative discipline like mathematics, economics or computer science, that would be considered an advantage.
• 8 year working experiences in Business Analysis, Data Science, and Data Analytics.
• Experienced with Next Best Offer, CRM, or Applied Analytics.
