Deskripsi Pekerjaan
A Production Assistant is responsible for supporting our production team in all aspects of the production process. This includes assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring that all equipment and materials are ready for use.
Summary
- Assist the production team in all aspects of the production process
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Assist with location scouting, sourcing and booking of camera and lighting equipment
- Attend and take notes of meetings for record and reference
- Help manage cost estimates, petty cash and expenses for the production team
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and record-keeping
- Prepare all the supplies and equipment needed for the shoot
- Print and handouts shooting documents (e.g. boards, shotlist, callslip)
- Coordinate and schedule transportation for crew and equipment
- Assist with on-set duties, including running errands and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as specified by the Production Manager/Producer
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
- Good financial and creative production understanding
- Good project management skills
- Analytical Skills
- Good communication skills both English and Filipino
- Basic quantitative skills
- 2 years of experiences as agency/production or in a similar position
- Technical know-how
