Sr. Manager - Australian Payroll  

Job Qualifications:
• Collaboration skills (with operations & internal clients).
• SAP HR, Payroll Systems (ADP, Ceridian, PeopleSoft/Oracle)
• End-to-end Payroll processing & Taxation (preferably Australian Payroll)
o setup payroll calendar & schedules
o manage employee data manual/mass changes for entry into payroll system
o apply payroll paid in arrears and payroll paid current
o validate employee data changes from system of record to payroll system
o identify adjustments or corrections/errors and update the payroll system
o complete post payroll reconciliation review & run reports as well as Year End Activities such as:
- Process off cycle payroll runs
- Receive and enter year-end adjustments
- Perform sample audit pre-transmission & post transmission
- Manage direct deposit reversals and stop pays</b>
• Strong stakeholder management skills
o advanced analytical & problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail.
• Graduate of any 4 year course
• At least 18 months Payroll experience, preferably in a shared services setup handling Australian Payroll process.
