Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Sales Admin Assistant will be responsible for facilitating processes under order management, invoice management, and AR management.
The post holder will also play a key role in ensuring all processes are properly managed and optimized to help HOPE's Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management:
- Extraction of purchase orders from the Customer Portal
- Processing of orders through our portal, NetSuite
2. Invoice Management:
- Monitoring of deliveries and returns
- Invoice issuing
3. AR Management:
- Processing of payments collected through our portal, Netsuite
- Preparation of statement of accounts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related Course
- Open to fresh graduates or at least six months of experience as a Sales Associate, Accounting Assistant, or an Order-to-Cash Associate
- Highly trainable and hardworking
- Can easily adjust to a fast-paced environment
- Adept in using MS Excel and Google Sheets; Familiarity with using NetSuite or any similar systems is an advantage.
- Must be amenable to full onsite work
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the presence and personal style to represent the organization to multiple constituents.
