In 2016, we branched out into Agriculture interventions that would help secure the livelihood for thousands of smallholder farmers through the Hope in a Coconut campaign in partnership with the world’s leading coconut water brands. About the Role
The Sales and Business Development Associate will be part of our dynamic Sales and Business Development team in charge of selling Hope in a Bottle, Not Just Tubig and Hope in a Box.
You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of responsibilities, from customer business development, account management, sales coverage and planning, business analytics, and reporting, with a special focus on modern trade or distributor management.
This role is a high-growth opportunity where we quickly expect you to be able to manage a portfolio of existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales and business development activities for the assigned territory
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with potential and current partner clients and establishments
- Responsible for collecting and managing the accounts receivables (ARs);
- Ensuring the timely processing of invoices and collections from the customers in coordination with the Order to Cash Team and Accounting Department
- Conducting regular store checks and visits
- Prepare and submit sales reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Competencies:
We are looking for highly motivated, go-getter, customer-centric, creative, and collaborative individuals who are passionate about fulfilling our mission to do Business for Good.
- Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management Engineering, or any related courses.
- Proven track record of academic achievement and/or a proven record of leadership in school or through extracurricular activities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship, and account management skills
- Entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented
- Amenable to doing field work
