Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist with organize and manage end to end recruitment process
- Execute and coordinate for employer branding events and initiatives
- Assist talent management projects from planning to delivery
- Develop processes and tools to help leaders more effectively select, promote, develop, manage and reward talent
- Assessing training needs and developing monthly training plans for the organization
- Plan and implement employee welfare programs and events
- Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university (any major)
- 1 - 3 years of working experience
- Passionate about people, culture, and service
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation
- Good communication in Bahasa and English
