ob Description:
Oversees the overall tray daily tray operations
Conducts/monitor daily tray inventory
Verifies weekly cleaning activities
Coordinates with Sanitation Coordinators regarding the schedule of activities.
Perform plant audits
Monitors and ensures that cleaning process is done according to the prescribed SSOP and Work Instructions
Providing technical support and work direction to janitorial services provider
Kualifikasi Minimum
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any Science related courses
With background in Food Safety, HACCP and ISO
With knowledge in application of cGMP, and basic Occupational safety and health
With relevant experience in food sanitation.
