Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Leads in handling customer
complaints—concerning all aspects of the work processes: keeps an updated
complaints database analyzes complaints to support trends
and coordinates with the concerned for necessary actions to be taken and
follow-throughs including reporting.
2. Handles system. and deals with
negative postings on social media by recommending actions to be done and
responding adeptly.

3. Provides response to all types of
customer inquiry.

4. Assists in the planning and
developing strategies in the attainment of goals; providing aggressive and
improved approach or methods to resolve most complaints including
exploring practices of other companies as a benchmark.

5. Works on customer concerns and
provides the proper training needed by other Gardenia plants and toll
manufacturers and do the same work processes as necessary.

6. Coordinates in maintaining
contacts, while working harmoniously with co-workers, customers, and other
clients.

7. Assists in the conduct of CRM
related events and high-profile projects including social responsibility.

8. Provide the proper training for
the Consumer Care Staff.

9. Performs all other tasks that may
be assigned from time to time provided the proper training.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Graduate of any four (4) - year course with a background in customer service;
  • Knows how to deal and relate well with customers and members of the organization;
  • can work under pressure;
  • with a pleasing personality;
  • Can respond promptly to customers’ needs.
  • Willing to be assigned in Binan Laguna and work on site

    Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM-5:30PM)
