Game Operations Specialists are the core of our consultancy service, receiving and processing product and community data, analyzing trends, and ultimately recommending solutions. Specialists therefore perform a wide range of duties related to, but are not limited to:

• Brand Management
• Product Management
• Community Management
• Customer Service
• Online Advertising
• Social Media Management
• Information Technology

Our goal is to provide talented gamers with the necessary training and guidance in the methods behind the development, publishing, management, and support of Online Games, and set them on the road to becoming industry veterans.

We are searching for individuals that recognize the value of professional growth gained through the advancement of personal skills, and have the dedication to achieve such advancement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience playing different MMORPGs is a definite plus
• Experience playing Video Game across different genres and platforms is a plus
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center
• Applicants must be willing to work on holidays & on shifting schedule
