The HR Assistant is responsible for performing HR related duties and works closely with Head Office HR management team. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
- Benefits,
- Administration,
- Employee Relations,
- Training and Performance Management,
- Onboarding,
- Policy Implementation,
- Recruitment/Employment and Affirmative Action.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Human Resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills
