The Group Head will be responsible for human resource management for Head Office and Branches (Pangasinan, Bicol, Cebu, and Davao. The job covers talent acquisition, employee relations and discipline, learning and development, timekeeping and benefits administration.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With atleast 5-year work-related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses good leadership qualities.
- Assertive, Goal-oriented, and a Genuine heart to lead and serve.
