- Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profits.
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs.
- Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams.
- Develop marketing plans and manage vendor contracts.
- Improve forecast performance of business thorough understanding of underlying demand assumptions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
- Develop understanding of product line and value chain.
- Responsible for orchestrating customer engagement, understands customer requirements, organizes order, deliveries & customer support.
- Responsible for organizing schedules, receiving, directing, relaying messages and executing work flow.
- Build new relationships and long-term business relationships through in-house communications, on-site visits, scoping and gathering requirements.
- Initiate regular communications (phone, email and/or actual visit) with prospects and existing clients while successfully winning client order, project and contract deals.
- Provide timely market and customer feedback to support the business development activities.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Vocational Diploma in Business Administration; Management; Marketing; Commerce; Mass Communication or any equivalent field.
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
- Willing to undergo training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written, English and Filipino).
- Highly motivated, with a positive can do attitude and proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills and strong leadership ability.
- Pleasing personality, Eager to learn, Assertive, Persistent, Enthusiastic in providing Sales, Marketing and Marketing Strategy Development.
- A team player, accountable, results-driven, good work ethics and with a keen eye to details.
- Good analytical skills and the capability to develop highly creative and resourceful solutions.
- Good work ethics, results-oriented, able to handle multi-tasking job and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Have basics in using AutoCAD or any creative suites like photoshop, illustrator is an edge.
- Highly knowledgeable Presentations programs – like Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi is an edge.
- Have Engineering Background is an edge.
- Highly proficient and well versed in generating report and records in MS Office programs.
- Performs other related tasks as required by management
- Must be willing to travel, client meetings, project supervision and site visits.
- Able to work with minimal or no supervision
- Preferably 28 years old below.
- Must be a Filipino citizen and holds relevant residence status.
